Veteran actress Khushbu suffered a severe injury during the shooting of her Malayalam film Mr. Marumagan in Kochi on Friday.
Sources said that the actress sustained a fracture on her left leg when a staircase set (erected for the movie) collapsed and she had a fall. She was rushed to hospital and doctors advised her two week's rest. The shooting was cancelled following the mishap.
Mr. Marumagan stars Dileep in the lead role. Khushbu plays the role of Dileep's mother-in-law.
